Climate change is a challenge for our society.
Climate change is a challenge for our society.
Climate change is a challenge for our society. It is not good enough to simply stop it - we must understand it's message, learn it's lesson and change. The route to sustainability is evolution.

We must evolve every institution of our society (Government, Education, Religion, Healthcare, Justice, Defence etc) so that sustainability and restorativity is implicit to their being.

We must evolve every market (Transport, Housing, Energy, Food, Fashion, Entertainment, Hi Tech, White Goods, etc) so that joined up sustainable and restorative practices are core to their profitable being.

Sustainability is not a choice it is a fact of nature. The ONLY choice we have is how painful the process of rebalancing is, measured in population reduction and how dramatically our lifestyles our affected. The leadership shift is away from reduction, prevention, halting, stopping, ending and towards, solutions, opportunities, beginning, creating, innovating.

The leadership shift is away from conformity, fear, control, management, hierarchy and towards enabling, empowering, engaging, inspiring and responsibility.

It is only when every member of our community feels responsible, enabled, empowered, engaged, inspired, happy and fulfilled in all aspects of their life that we will have a sustainable world. This is what we need leaders to lead us towards.
